Don't waste your time. I got a quick response to our oven going out and they came out the next day. Their tech was really nice and knowledgeable about the situation. We paid the $90 bucks for the assessment and the tech said he'd call back the next day with the estimate for the parts we needed. He never called back and it took over a week of me calling to try and chase down anyone that could give me an answer. \r
Finally, they said they located the two parts and that they needed a deposit of $400 (1/2 of the total of $800 for parts and install) to order them. I gave them our c.c. and they said they'd call once they called the company to order the parts to find out when they'd arrive so they could be installed.\r
A week went by and not a word. I called them, they said they'd have to look it up and get back to me. Another two days and nothing, I called back. They said they'd look it up and call back. Nothing... I called the next day and they said they got one of the parts and they'd call me back to let me know the status of the other one. Nothing for 3 more days. I looked up my c.c. info and there were luckily no charges. \r
I then googled other people's reviews of Jimmy Z and found that other people were having similar problems. \r
These guys looked great at first, but 4 weeks of me chasing them down, no returned calls and still no oven repair. After reading other people's reviews and questioning their legitimacy I called them back and said to waive off the parts and called someone else to help us. \r
Then, they were so rude and couldn't understand why. \r
Hmmm, maybe better customer service and calls back.
