We moved out here in 2004 and called Hydes and they serviced me. Then I got a freebie unit through Southern California Edison and had to have it serviced through Edison, so I just called Hydes again recently.
They always gave such good customer service in the past, and I just like them. This last time I called them, they were here within 40 minutes, and it gets hot here. They're also very pleasant to deal with.
I would tell a potential customer: Call them, they'll do you good. They get right out there, and they do a good job.
