This guy is unbelievable, in a bad way. He is always having a bad day. I went in this morning to pick up a part his employee said would be there today or Monday. He said that he had no idea when they would get it in. My response was ""I wish your guy wouldn't have said it would be here by monday"", as I was walking to buy a package that cost three times as much as the part I needed, but was in this package. He said his help didn't know how things worked, then he got upset and told me ""I can't help you, seriously I can't help you"". Steve needs to train his guys and get an attitude adjustment. I wouldn't buy an oil filter from this dude. I wish this rating would allow no stars for that jerk!
