If I could give them a 1/4 star, I would. The only good thing (so I thought) was that they opened up in North Hills. My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary there and what a let down!! From the food to the service as well as the cleanliness and ambiance!! Fugget about it!! Not worth the time or money to go there. Food (filet mignon) and lamb were overwhelming greasy!! Mashed potatoes & mushrooms & green beans were swimming in butter (although we requested ""no butter""! when we placed our order) and big mix-up on our dessert. The service was lousy -- long wait for the waitress and when she did come over she out-stayed her welcome by chatting excessively!! So ----- what did we do? The very next day I sent an email to the RC headquarter's. You would think I'd hear something right away or in a reasonable time like within a week. Not so -- 6 wks later I get a call -- not from HQ or from the manager at the restaurant!! It came from the head chef there in North Hills and yes, we got an apology but at first all I heard was that we should've complained although I told him several times that we complained to our waitress and it fell on deaf ears!! The meal cost us $90 (which I told him)and he said they would mail us a gift card towards to make-up for it. WOW!! Would I expect anything other than what they comped us for? How dare me to have high expectations!! Three weeks later I received a gift card for $35!!!! A third of what it cost us!!
