Initially we were very please with the end results of our basement remodel especially since adding a steam shower was one of the featureed items that we really wanted. But, we were very disappointed to find out after the warranty that the steam shower installation was a very shabby job. You could actually pull out seal for the shower head from the wall. This cause water to leak in the generator. It circuited out and cost us $300.00 to fix. I wrote a letter to G & G sending them fax copies of the payment and they never responded. I know in the big scheme of things this may not seem like a big deal but it was totally unnecessary. Also, they permanently glued the thermostat setting to the wall. I believe this was just shoddy work, but for G & G to not even acknowledge my letter is truly unprofessional and I would not receommend them to anyone. The ultimate insult was they had pictures of our basement on their website!
