I just got off the phone with the owner who he said his name was Philip and he basically told me that I need to stop my complaining and to be quiet , they tore off my personalized plates off of my car and tore off my frames and told me he will see me in small claims court...I will never again go there and I will tell everyone I know never to go into that car wash as well.....I paid 16.50 for a car was , and my car was not even cleaned right....I am so upset that there customer service is so bad.....today is 08/27/10 this happened at around 1:15 today.......
