After 2 trips and $300 spent to fix a 3 year old LG refrigerator it still does not work. Tech Jerry told me to call him in the morning if I had any more problems. I called at 8:00 AM when they opened and let the service department know the refrigerator stopped working 3 hours after Jerry left. I was told they would let him know would get back to me. Not hearing by 1:00pm I called again and was told they let Jerry know already and there was nothing they could do. Finally at 4:30 PM Jerry called to say he was on his way over. He was there 10 minutes and could not find what was wrong and asked me to give until tomorrow to figure out what was wrong. I am sure he just wanted to go home since it was almost 5:00pm. Well I am on my 2nd tomorrow and nothing from anyone. $300 spent and the LG refrigerator is not fixed. Atchley's 24 hour warranty for the service call is over. So much for Atchleys' service. I would advise everyone to stay as far away from Atchleys service or products they sell in their story. Very poor business practices.
