Hello all... I do NOT recommend this place, management is rude (unless they want you convince you to sign a lease), it took months before they could fix the air condition and it did not resolve the problem of not getting cool air on the top floor. On top of everything, we feel we got scammed with the whole ISTA situation, if anyone has the same situation, please contact me because I am seriously thinking of bringing this up with the bussiness bureu. They are charging over $250 of sewer charges'''' for one month and they will deduct it from my deposit'''' what is that''''
This place is horrible, DO NOT LEASE OR BUY here unless you want trouble. People who do not live in the complex come in to play tennis all day long with paid classes from someone who also doesn't live in the complex, (they profit from it)
Everyone who knows how to get in into the complex (which is fairly easy) can come in and enjoy the pool, my card to the gym worked very few times, so I couldn't use the gym, overall very UNSAFE, people who don't live in the complex can come in anytime they want, parking is scarce.
