I took my vehicle to Lakeside Mercedes Repair for an issue, and I didn't know what it was. They took it upon themselves to look it over and diagnose what was going on. They even called the Mercedes dealership to check and see if I had my warranty still. It was still under warranty, and I needed a new catalytic converter, so that would have been $2,000 just for the part.
They recommended that I move my car to the dealership and get it fixed there. They saved me that money and saved my warranty as well. If they had not been honest with me I would have spent a lot of money with them. However, they have earned my trust, and I have used them a couple of times since that incident. In fact, I will be going back in soon.
