If he is an appliance doctor I hope he has some healthy mal-practice insurance. Got a requistion number from the manufacturer (Electrolux/Frigidaire) for free replacement part. All I needed was an approved repairman to look at it and order the part. They came right out and took $105 for the service call and said the part would be there next week and they'd be there to install it. That was 2 months ago. Avoid this place like the plague. They won't return calls, rarely pick up the phone and always have something to say like ""I'm really going to dig into that and I'll get back to you"".
