On August 11, between 3 to 4 pm, I purchased a fisher price swing for $72.99. At the time of the purchase I tried the lights and the mobile, but I did not try the movement of the swing. It was the first and the last time I have purchased something there. The lady who was in the store did not explain me that that particular store does not make returns or exchanges even with activities centers. When I arrived to my house it was almost 6 pm and I tried the swing it had a horrible noise that I did not hear at the time of the purchase. It was late to go to the store and return it, so I wait until the next day. I went like at 10 am to do the return and the lady that was there told me that they don't do returns and show me a LITTLE SIGN that was located almost on the roof that was there that I did not see the last day. That business is a completely joke, why they do not say to the customers about the return policy? For costumers that go the first time they do not look almost on the roof and do not read the little sign.
I have purchased in ""once upon a child"" store and they do returns (they have their policy, but they do it), so I thought that they have the same return policy because first,baby rerun does not have anything in the receipt about returns, second, I wanted to do the return 13 hr after the purchase, it did not pass a week or more, I did not remove the price neither. Believe me, if I did hear the noise before I did not purchase it.
So I try to save money purchasing something in baby rerun store and in the real life I LOSE MY MONEY ($72.99).
it is really small and messy. If you want a good deal go to ONCE UPON A CHILD that store is wonderful, it is big and the cloths are separate almost by color, style and by age. and the prices are really good.
