love The Culina's regular menu and I often eat there when I visit family in LaCrosse.I recently had a wedding there and even though the service,hors d'oevres, and dessert were excellent the quality of the entrees was very mediocre.The chicken and beef were overcooked and the buffet seemed cafeteria style.Extremely disappointing.They gave me the excuse that although the chef was very experienced in restaurants,he didn't allow for proper timing of putting out the food for service.Being a caterer in NY and very familiar w/buffets I know that leaving food in a chafing dish during speeches doesn't overcook food to the extent that ours was cooked.Unacceptable excuse.I wouldn't recommend their catering services.
