We found Bo's on Craigslist/Nashville. The lady was professional on the phone and set us up promptly. When I called to confirm the move 2 days prior to, I was told that they had rescheduled us from 8am to 1pm. That's was ok. Our movers arrived at 3:30pm after I called them twice for updates on where they were. Also, I was told that the average move was 4 hours but at 7 hours, I called it quits. Our guys were nice and we had pizza delivered to feed them during the move. We were charged ($70 per hour) for the 30 minutes we stopped to eat (Yikes) They packed the first part of the truck fairly tight but when they got to the rear it seemed they packed lightly to get the second load. On the second load, they had single boxes on the floor but couldn't make room for our entertainment center or TV. They guy offered to come back to get those items but I refused after 7 hours. I realize now that is the trick. Load half furniture and half boxes and leave what appears to be something most people hire movers to move anyway, the heavy stuff. Overall, it's moved. It costs us $515 and a full trip the next day on our own but it done now. Just be prepared and watch out for what they keep walking around to load the smalled items so get the extra trip and add a few hours.
