Our garage door opener only has one spring and it broke. That disabled the garage door, and we couldn't open it. We called several companies, but Garage Gadgetry was the only one that could accommodate our schedules. Both my husband and I work 8-5 Monday through Friday, so Garage Gadgetry ended up coming out on a Saturday, and then ultimately a Sunday.
When the technician came out he didn't have the spring that we needed, but he clamped the door so that it would function. He didn't charge us anything. 6 days later, when the part came in Garage Gadgetry called us, and he came out the next day to install it. Our technician was very sweet and was in and out quickly. He was very courteous and polite.
