I liked the ability to follow the progress of the vehicle online by logging in. I could see pictures of what they were doing. This is especially helpful because I work odd hours, so it was nice to be able to keep track without having to call.
Foster's Body & Paint was very good at communication. They returned phone calls promptly and also were able to communicate through email. They were very fast with the upfront paperwork. I am on a lease plan, so there was a lot of paperwork, and it all went pretty smoothly.
The car looks great. Foster's did a great job matching color. The car was pretty much brand new when it was backed into, and it looked pretty much brand new when they were done.
