Took my computer to have pics put on a CD, this was successful but, in the process I was informed by Spalding he had a problem with the harddrive never did say what was wrong, I took the computer home and tried to start it I got this message, a system disk is needed to start the computer, I called and complained that it wouldn't start, took it back on 8/13/2010 it sat there over night and I picked it up this morning 8/14/2010 and nothing was done to it, I expressed my dissatisfaction and left with my broken computer, customer beware.
