I have had over 7 cars serviced here and always had excellent service. I keep in mind they did not build the car - they just service them. I never go in with a chip on my shoulder demanding this and that as I have seen some people do, rather I go and explain my problem, ask how many of this type of problem they have had to date on this car, and then how long they feel it will take to get it repaired.
Its amazing what a good attitude will get you verses yelling and screaming. They have always bent over backwards to help me. Not all times does the problem get fixed the first time due to the complexities of the cars now days. Heck my first car (a van) went through 7 transmissions (this was not the dealers fault but Chryslers) till We got a good one. Another time I got a lemon and after three times with the same problem they got me a new one without any hassel on my part. Now that is what you want and will get from a 5 STAR DEALER like LANDMARK. Remember they are just people like you and me and deserve the kind of respect you want yourself.
