The food here is good. The management is not. The manager is called Cuko. who knows if that's his real name. This was my daughters first job and the manager yelled nonstop at her about problems with other employees. He wasn't man enough to yell at the problem employees instead taking it out on my 100 lb. daughter. She finally got tired of the abuse and left. She was a role model employee. She came in extra days EVERY time they called and stayed late and also did extra things around the restaurant to help out. She was a big loss to the company when she left.
If you do go here, please push the kitchen door open and feel how hot the kitchen is. The air hasn't worked for a couple years. It's hot back there. The working conditions are inhumane and I don't know how the cooks keep from getting heat stroke. When you feel the heat, please ask to talk to Cuko or the owner, Freddie, and question them about the working conditions. These great cooks are depending on us to help them change the working conditions.
I just want everyone to know what the staff goes through to deliver good food to you. Freddie needs to fire Cuko for not having a backbone and very poor management.
