Have been to their other location in Lockport many times where the food was excellent, the atmosphere nice, and the restaurant very clean. After seeing the ads on T.V. for their new, closer location, we decided to give it a try. The restaurant part of the new location was dirty, unsanitary, buggy, and 100 degrees! The manger, or whomever he was, was just as unclean as the restaurant. He told us that there is no waitress service and after we decide what we want to eat, we need to go to the take-out counter to place our order. When he started to walk away, we asked where the menus were, he looked at us and continued to walk away. Two of us went to the take-out counter where we were totally ignored by the 4 men and 1 girl behind the counter. The girl was socializing on the phone and the men just looked at us and continued what they were doing. We walked out and will never be back. It seems that this location was opened before it was completed as the AC wasn't working, the tables looked like they were just thrown in the room, hard working employees were not hired, and menus were not printed yet. They were suppose to have typical Italian food but this location was only handling pizza when we went.
