This company customer service sucks and we need to do something about this, otherwise this type of service will continue. Lillian is the worst person in customer service that I have ever meet, she needs to be fired ASAP. Joann the manager is even worst for allowing this type of service. They want give me another person to contact, my bill is about $25 more than it should be and this has been for the past three months. June, July, and August of this year.
