With a vast selection of paints, varied and intricate ceramic pieces, lettering templates, fantasy, nature and folk art reference books along with the helpful and warm staff, I whiled away a few artist soul enriching hours one August afternoon. Lost myself in a underwater sea themed soap dish while a young group enjoyed a Glass Fusing camp , and a set of ladies painted and chatted happily about life while James Taylor lilted in the background. I enjoyed speaking with one girl about her Pollock-inspired technique of toothbrush splatter. This place is a fantastic find for parties or just solo art therapy.
