Have been to this restaurant a few times, usually with a party of 8. Food has been OK. Last weekend I ordered several dinners to be taken out. When I got the order home (a 30 mile roundtrip) I discovered two of the dinners I ordered were missing. I called and was told by an indifferent young woman I could return for the additional dinners. I declined due to the distance. No apology, no offer of any consideration. First I was told I would need to bring the credit card to the restaurant to receive a credit for the missing food for which I had been charged. I protested and was told I would have to speak with the owner. When she returned to the call the woman implied the owner refused to talk with me but she would process the refund. The food we did get was mediocre at best. Seems the attention this restaurant has received from a prominent local TV restaurant show has gone to its head. I'll take my business and my money elsewhere.
