Had my first facial here and told this to person giving facial. She did not explain any part of the procedure to me. Parts of it hurt and my face continued to hurt for 3 days! The table and sheets were warm and comfortable. The slippers were torn and cheap. The robe seemed to have been used before. My purse and money were not as I had purposely place them in the locker when I returned. This is unacceptable. If you go please don't bring in valuables. I was not asked to leave them locked in my car so who knows what happened while I was having my treatment. I shouldn't have given a large tip if any, but they have a note on the wall demanding a 20% tip on spa services. I think this is wrong, that you should give according to the quality of the service, after all that is what a ""tip"" is supposed to be, otherwise it would be included in part of the cost. The waiting room was nicely decorated and I was offered a cup of water but not anything else. I was also not told which products were being used or if they were available for purchase. Sorry but I can't recommend this place.
