I must say that I'm quite shocked to have read these horrible reviews of Dealer Direct. I just took my car there because I participated in the Orlando ""Groupon"" offer. It was actually a great experience and I was looking forward to having a local repair shop I could count on.
I'm having a hard time even believing what I'm reading here - doesn't even sound like the same place!!
In any case, I had a good experience with Dealer Direct and will probably go back.
