The first time we came into Tile Source we had a wonderful experience with design help on our project.
A few weeks later we came back to purchase. We were confronted with Woody, the manager. We were not sure what was going on but he seemed stressed out and impatient. Between that and his barking orders at the warehouse man, we decided to come back on a better day. Our return visit proved no different.
We slunk out of there purchasing nothing. It's their loss as well as ours because Tile Source has a great selection.
