Shopping for a new car is not one of my favorite things to do. Something about the pressure, the salesmen who act like you are a dummy and the overall ""slickness"" of it always bothers me. But none of that is present at Laurel BMW. I was referred to Kevin O'Donnell who was pleasant, knowledgeable and while obviously proud of the brand that he sells- wasn't overly pushy or eager. He took the time to answer all my questions and was patient with me pushing all the buttons and adjusting all the settings when we went out for our test drive. He understood that his Brand was in competition with two others down the street (all the car dealers are in compact area out here so you can shop several different brands within a mile of each other) and was helpful in pointing out the differences between his car and the others I was considering. He even had a follow up email waiting for me by the time I returned home.
