This Hiram location of Firestone sucks. I went in well before closing and after dragging both of my kids in they told me that they could not fit me in that day. Mind you this is over 30 minutes before closing. All I wanted was an oil change. They could have told me this as I pulled up but they waited until I got both kids out of carseats and lugged them inside. THEN the manager was rude and not apologetic. He said ""What do you want me to do? Tell my guys they have to work late?"". NEVER GOING BACK!!!
