We have been using Twin Spires Self Storage for over 2 years, and they have bent over backwards to help us. I work for a large company that uses storage facilities all over the country as distribution centers, and the service Twin Spires provides us has all of my colleagues in other markets very envious. I have used several other facilities in the past, but the level of service they provide us far surpasses the others.
They are one of a very few storage facilities around that also ship and receive UPS and Fedex, and we ship in and out on a constant basis. All of my counterparts have to pack up the machines, load them into their vehicles, and transport them to the UPS office; whereas, we just pack them up, place them on a cart, and bring them to the front office. That saves me a tremendous amount of time and extra work.
They do the little things. Generally, at these types of facilities it takes a while to get problems taken care of, but the staff at Twin Spires are very prompt. A week ago we had a problem with a leaking air conditioner in one of our units. It was not a major leak, but their was standing water in the unit. We told the manger, and they had people in there within 2 hours. Our whole experience has been like that. And, they keep the place clean.
They go above and beyond to accommodate us.
