Taking a car in for anything other than regular service is usually bad (and expensive) news. I feel when I deal with Smith Specialty I can expect an honest evaluation of the problem without the worry of added but unnecessary expenses. Dave and Kelly are both openly friendly and have a good way of explaining the matter at hand when it comes to car repairs.
The record keeping is good so if a part is still under warranty they catch it so we can garner the savings. We have parted with many a dollar at Smith Specialty but I have never felt that a dollar was wasted.
