I came in for a pulse diagnosis session earlier this year.
When he was done, Ross said he would have to take time to research his findings but to make an appointment and he would talk to me about it next time.
I came in for another session and he said he was still working on it but he put needles in me anyway. I felt nothing. I came in again and he said he didn't have time to talk to me but again put needles in me anyway. After that session, he gave me a paper spelling out my treatment plan. It was two sessions a week for so many weeks, one session a week for so many weeks, and so on. This all to the tune of thousands of dollars that I would get a discount on if I paid up front. And all this not including the expensive herbs I would have to buy every one to two weeks.
I feel he was uncaring, didn't take time to talk to me about my concerns and was focused on the money he would make by roping me into all these sessions. What if my body healed much sooner than that? What if his ""expertise"" didn't work for me?
I never went back and I found a great acupuncturist in Manhattan. She has over eighty great reviews and next time I will do more research before I choose a practitioner.
