I've spent literally thousands of $ at this store over the yrs. I bought an outfit in girls Clearance last night, found hole in leggings/brought back today to exchange. Barbara at Customer Svc desk very rudely informed me since no identical size 6 on Clearance, I'd have to return the entire outfit or keep the damaged pants. I couldn't exchg the damaged ones w/identical ones since they weren't on Clearance. I would've paid more for pants w/no hole, but not given the option. I wanted to keep the top-my daughter loved it, they didn't have another short-sleeved one & nothing was wrong w/it . I was given $2.40 off. Price is not the issue-it was minimal, but now I have a top w/no pants. This once-loyal customer will now ask my friends, family & associates not to patronize a company that cares so little about their customer's satisfaction.
