They have been there for me since 2006. I got the windows done on my 2001 Alero when I first got to UT. 3 years later my rear driver side window started to get a little line in it. It was barely noticable unless you were sitting in the back seat. I brought it in with the warranty info that was given to me at the time of purchase and he fixed it right there on the spot. That's what I call customer service!! I also have a 2009 Hyundai Sonata that they did and it looks much better than my friend's sonata, and he paid almost double the price.
