After purchasing several products and paying, I noticed a product at check-out that was a better value, with the same ingredients I had just purchased. I kindly asked to return one item and replace it with the product showcased at the check-out. I was then informed that it would be a very time consuming process to return an item and purchase the item I wanted instead. The young man had no other customers in the store, yet did not want to bother with a basic return. Not only that, but he had no knowlege of the products he was supposed to be sellling. I won't be back. more
