I would give them 0 stars if I could! I was told my repairs would take 1 week to fix. THEY HAD MY COMPUTER 7 WEEKS! They never called me to give updates. I always had to call them. I would call each week and they claimed it was the fault of the company they were ordering parts from. I even called the owner and left 2 voicemails and he couldn't call me back. The only reason I talked to him was because I caught him in the office one morning. He admitted that the part they needed to replace had been sitting on their own shelf for 5 weeks because they never sent it off. Once they finally finished my repairs they expected me to pay for full labor costs. I paid for the motherboard but after the front desk kid called the boss he would only refund me one hour of labor time. They wouldn't let me leave the building with my computer. I had the front desk kid call the owner back and he was so rude to me on the phone and didn't care about the 6 WEEKS of what he called an inconvenience. More like complete incompetence on every level. Way to let your staff take the heat. He should be ashamed. What a royal jerk!
