I ate at Granite City the other week for lunch with my parents. It wasn't the first time I've eaten here and I've only eaten here a handful of times but I never know what to expect. It goes back and forth, the food is either great or there's something wrong with it. The same goes for the service, I've had an excellent server a couple times and other times my server could care less, which is why I'm only giving them three stars. I do think they have the potential to be better though. This particular time however, was only okay. We got the Spinach Artichoke Dip as an appetizer, which was pretty good. I can't remember what either of my parents got for their meal but I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. This was okay, nothing special and they got my order wrong. I wanted it with no tomatoes and ranch instead of blue cheese but I got it with tomatoes and blue cheese. My dining experiences haven't been too bad but they definitely could be better.
