Two weeks after I purchased a $40k NEW 2010 Jeep Commander from Franklin Alexander Dodge Chrysler & Jeep their SERVICE DEPARTMENT ruined it for me. While trying to replace the sunroof motor that went out in the vehicle they single handedly ruined the headliner in the car with scratches, greasy hand prints and a broken piece of trim (broken in 8 places). The Trim literally holds the headliner up to the Sunroof. They tried to pass this off as good quality work and thought that I would never notice these things. I had to demand they replace the headliner and trim. It took months for the parts to come in. After tearing out my headliner they discovered they ordered the wrong replacement headliner. They still have my car (8/26/10) and no ETA on when it will be ready. They have SPOILED my new car and the experience of having my first ever new car that I worked so hard to get.
