Fire Drill Procedure at AMC In Norwalk,CA 8/15/2010

Today we went to see Charlie St.Cloud & the movie was supose to start at 5:00 but the first fire alarm started at 5:04.We had to rush out of the theatre & no crew memeber went to check on each auditorium. We waited 20 min to then be notified that a boy had pulled the alarm. Then they let us back in to the auditorium. We then started seeing the movie.after 20 min the second alarm went on & again no crew mebmber came to check on us.We had to leave all our food & didnt get refunds. We had to go to the lobby to be notified that they were closing for the rest of the day cause to of a fire problem. We then headed out to the lobby to ask the manager what was going on.instead of the manager coming out & presenting himself they send a security guard to inform us to exit the building. We & many other customers asked if we could get our money back for the food & tickets. They said they could only refund us the tickets & that the food was not their problem. Then my aunt went to ask to refund our 7 tickets & the employe (Alex) (No Last Name) Given Because He Was ""Supposibly"" Not Allowed to Give His Last Name & instead another emplyee""Julie Garcia Gave Us Her Name & explained to us the sittuation.Alex was so rude that he snached the tickets from her & gave her the free tickets. So my aunt told him""Why did u so rudely take the tickets from me?It was not my fault that the fire alarms went on."".We would like your crew members to follow'up on producers (fire drills,alarms,earthquakes,etc.). more
