I went to the Etica Salon. I had a very bad experience with the way my hair was done. Talked to the owner (Danielle) who was very RUDE to me and basically called me a LIAR. Remember - I am the CUSTOMER and I am a liar. Nice girl that did my hair but bad experience. Very poor service and not very customer service orientated. I will never go back and I will let all of my friends that currently go there, which are many, know about this experience. New Reflections is a much better salon with great service and they definately care about the customer. The only reason that I give it one star is I use Aveda products but would never buy them from there. Totally POOR, POOR service.
