I can't speak for the other stylists at Hair Profilers, but I got possibly the worst haircut of my life from Jean. I should have walked out the door the instant it was clear she wasn't going to wash (or even rinse!) my hair prior to the cut. The spray bottle, really? I ended up with terrible, uneven hair with no style whatsoever. Even my husband can tell that one side is longer than the other. I chose Jean because of good reviews on another site, but could not have been more disappointed at the result. I'm going to a different Cedarburg salon tonight to hopefully have the damage repaired. Like I said, I can't comment on any of the other stylists there, but I wont' be back to find out. If you go to Hair Profilers, see someone other than Jean.
