Having been hands on active in four classes and in my words ( Thank You Nancy and guest Chefs ! ). I've always enjoyed cooking and I'm always watching the food channels to gain cooking ideas, TV is a good source of information BUT! you miss the point. It's all about seeing, hearing, touching, SMELLLLLing and TAAAASTE! It dosn't get any better than that. My wife and I have found Cooks World to be the perfect educator, not only do you learn, You also get hands on and taste bud satisfaction for what you made. And to top it off you get Geat Recipes for everything. The rewards are terrific.
