This is the second time we have went and bought furniture from Mathis Brothers and both times our new furniture has ended up being poorly made. Our first experience we bought two couches and a wicker dresser, the wicker dresser ended up breaking within a month and the two couches had tears in the cushions and pillows. We ended up going back to Mathis Brothers to buy new couches with a hideway bed in the larger couch. Within a week of puchasing the couches a Large tear ended up on the bottom of our large couch, and three months later the smaller couches leg was broken. When i called Mathis Brothers about my warranty and fixing the smaller couch they told me that I NEEDED TO BRING THE COUCH TO THEM they would only pick it up if i paid extra. Which was not disclosed to us when we bought the the warranty for extra money. We live over and hour and a half away from the city and cant just up and take the couch to them. They have horrible product and service I do not recommend them if your looking for quality product and service.
