Arrived at quarter to twelve noon, left at five to one- wiser and more disappointed in humanity. Not only did the manager read and write at a fourth grade level- they made sure to take their time and create more problems than anything else. On top of all of that- they took $10.00 out of my money WITH-OUT MY CONSENT and loaded it on a Pre-Paid card. No doubt they get a commission for every card that they ""sell"". I would have rather walked to Parma to Check Smart where they are nice and actually ARE there to serve the community- than to have undergone this humiliating and costly experience. But you know, maybe it's because I am white.. who knows. Horrible, horrible customer ""service"" and attitude. Go someplace else, it's not worth the hassle!!
