My car was parked for two weeks in June 2009 at my brother's house in Brookfield with the Emergency brake on--big mistake. When I retrieved it the brakes were permanently locked and I had to have it flat trucked for repair, so I sent it to nearby F & F Tire World across from Brookfield Square. The cable had to be cut at both rear wheels as the cable was frozen from the emergency brake lever all the way back to the rear brakes. The diagnosis was correct and I agreed to have them replace and repair. When I picked the car up I tried the brake and noticed that it worked poorly. I had to leave for home and later found out from my local Ford Dealer that only the right rear wheel was engaged; the left not at all when the brake lever was pulled. I didn't have him repair it as I think it should be done by F & F. I had sensed incompetence when dealing with them but have not had the occasion since to see if they would rectify it.
