The plumber who came out to our house (Gary) was great. We had two problems. First there was a leaking valve to the outside water spigot. Another company had come in about a year before and ""fixed"" it. What really happened is they tightened up some screws on the handle of the valve. It still leaked, plus now it was nearly impossible to turn. Gary came up with a real solution for the problem - a new valve and a handle that was easier to switch on and off.
