These owners owned Elsa'a Deli, I think, and although the food used to be good, it went downhill fast. The servers take the OLDER food (instead of the fresher squares of lasagne, etc.) and expect your repeat service and money ?? Horrible attitude. They do NOT wear gloves and we found Peppercorn's to be just as low. The food was like McDonald's.
