I went to this doctors office and now twice the communication has been poor! The first time the front office told me my insurance would cover the facial. Although Dr Benest was kind enough to settle with me for some reason her staff and her other doctors are really poor at treatment. One doctor is no longer there and Dr. Rush told me that on my second visit we should do a biopsy but even though cancer is not a factor , she did not do that and thats the reason why I came back for a biopsy as I have a very NOW inflamed rash thanks to the crappy samples she gave me which has made it worse and more inflamed. I will NOT be returning to this office. Beware of the lack of communication and proper care.
