I have been in Chapel Hill since 1968 and this is the worst experience I have ever had in any local store. I went in and saw a headboard that I liked, but I wanted it in Cherry wood instead of dark wood. They ordered it and delivered it weeks later, but it looks more like mahogany than cherry wood. However, not only will the owner nott allow me to return it (even though I offered to pay shipping both ways), I was willing to compromise, but he won't even let me exchange it for something that would work in my house. Here I try to support the local economy and I get ripped off by a local store. The owner was not only unprofessional, but a rude jerk to me. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!
