The folks there will try to help you if they can. I feel sorry for them because they don't have much to work with. Sprint's service is not worth a flip in the same place they are trying to sell you a phone. If you find an honest associate they will agree with what I am saying. I told them that my phone loses call all the time. They asked if I lived right behind them, I do. The guy said that was the problem not the phone. Another guy told me it was a temp problem and that it was being repaired. So take it all in with a grain of salt .
