I was told while getting an oil change this week, August 11, that my strut was leaking. The price to fix it....$543.22. I took my car to another auto shop that I trust. They said there was nothing wrong with my auto strut. While I was at NTB, they tried to sell me a more expensive oil for cars with over 90,000 miles. When I tried to contact the manager, Brandy Jones, a week later, they said she was out and would not be back for days or a week.
