Staples has a TERRIBLE return policy. I purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse for 80.00 on 7-18-10. It died on 8-16-10. The little usb connection burnt out - I could small it and the keyboard and mouse would not work. I tried to return in on 8-18-10 and they told me that their return policy was 14 days - even if the item was DEFECTIVE! They said I could have purchsed a service contract (probably another $25) then I would be covered. What ripoff!! This item was DEFECTIVE. I will never shop there again. I had it less than 30 days. more
